Next month I'll be showing my work and speaking about it in Quito, Ecuador for Habitat III a United Nations Conference on Sustainable Urban Development. I'll be there October 16-20.

Single use plastic objects occupying our oceans. Thoughtlessness and entitlement are consequential. The most disturbing environmental catastrophe would be replacing marine

life with discarded plastic objects.





Barry Rosenthal is an award winning photographer and artist. He works out of his studio at the Brooklyn Army Terminal, Brooklyn, New York. He creates his collections 'Found in Nature' and 'Photobotanicus' from found objects. His work is in the permanent collection of the Museum of Modern Art, New York, New York. Currently artist resident at chashama.
